Terms of Service
KhedmaFlex is a staffing marketplace intended for the Moroccan market. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.
1. The platform
KhedmaFlex is a marketplace that connects employers and workers for flexible shifts. KhedmaFlex is not the worker's employer. In V1, KhedmaFlex acts solely as a platform between employers and workers.
2. How shifts work
- The Employer creates a shift.
- The Worker applies to that shift.
- The Employer accepts or rejects each application.
- The Employer can mark a shift as completed; this generates a KhedmaFlex commission invoice for the Employer.
3. Payment to the worker
In V1, the Employer pays the Worker directly, according to the agreed amount for the completed shift. KhedmaFlex is not a payroll provider and does not hold or process worker wages.
4. Commission
KhedmaFlex charges the Employer a commission for each completed shift. The commission rate is configured in the platform settings. See the Commission Terms for details.
5. Company verification
Employer companies require admin approval before they can post shifts publicly. Companies must provide complete and accurate compliance information. Accounts or companies may be suspended or rejected in cases of fraud, abuse or misuse.
6. Acceptable use
- No illegal, abusive or discriminatory shift offers or applications.
- No automated scraping, attacks or attempts to bypass security.
- No impersonation of other users, companies or the platform.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users can delete their account at any time; some invoice or audit records may be retained where legally required.
8. Beta service
The platform is offered "as is" during beta. Features may change or be unavailable. Always keep your own records.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KhedmaFlex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
10. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction in Morocco, as stated in the Legal Notice.
